HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
What a difference a year makes...
It's officially been a whole year since I decided to cut some strings and start my own business. It's been brilliant! There's been plenty of highs, a lot of lows, some quiet moments, but also a load of busy, happy moments. For a first year of business it has gone better than I ever would have thought! Everyone told me that the first year is always the hardest. This time last year I was starting from scratch, with no bookings in my diary and only my tiny reputation and hope that everything would work out and be ok. I couldn't have done it without everyone's support and encouragement, so I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who's helped - you know who you are! Every recommendation, page like, share or comment goes such a long way! It really means the world to me. I have also met some brilliant new people this year! Not just my lovely brides and clients, but also the other professionals I have met along the way - hairdressers, photographers, wedding suppliers, dress suppliers, florists etc. I have made new friendships and look forward to working with you all again soon! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! Here's to starting my second year of business... Let's hope that it's even better than the first! Jess (JM Make-Up) xx
